Our Engineering staff is second to none in the realm of die cutting and die stamping design. This department is fully compliant with ISO 9001:2008.

Design Services

Our design department is equipped with:

Development

BG Peck has developed propriety methods to validate die designs before actually cutting metal. These methods have allowed our Engineering Staff and Tool Room Personnel to reduce our typical stamping die lead time to nine weeks or less.

CNC Machining

With our post processing capabilities we can take any e-drawing submitted by our customers and after an evaluation by our Engineering staff send the necessary machine programming to any of our production CNC Machines, EDM Wire, EDM Plunge, Lasers or Water Jet Machines. Our policy is to verify all electronically transmitted files to assure there is no corruption of data after transmission.
